Jen’s Surprise Birthday

Our friend Jen turned 30 this weekend and her boyfriend Tre threw her a surprise party at PF Chang’s out in La Jolla.

Maria finally catches a flight to San Diego…

Debbie’s friend Maria came out to visit us this weekend. She was unable to make it out for the wedding due to a canceled flight, so instead she got the personal tour this weekend. We gave her the general first-timers tour including hiking at Torrey Pines,  dinner at Jake’s in Del Mar, and a visit to the beach in La Jolla.  She’ll be here until Tuesday, so I’m sure Debbie has plenty more fun planned!

I know it’s been a while since the end of April, but I’ve finally managed to post some pictures from that fun day. Thanks again to everyone who walked and donated. We managed to raise over $5,000! Thanks again!

Red Sox Nation comes to San Diego

On the weekend of June 23 the Red Sox paid a visit to Petco Park and won 2 out of three games against the Padres. We were there for all three games (Thanks Jack and Stacey!), and aside from a few obnoxious fans from both sides, had a great time.

Camping out in the O.C.

On the weekend before the Fourth we trekked up to Orange County to go camping with our friends Shay and Eric and their kids. We didn’t summit any giant mountains, but we had fun anyways!
