On September 22nd, we headed over to Coronado Island with our friends Kandice and Mike to watch the Red Bull Air Races. These races are a competition of thirteen pilots who fly individually timed races around a fixed course. The races are held in 10 different cities around the world. Yes, we’re having a baby! He/She is due on March 22nd. We had our first ultrasound and everything looks good. Debbie has been feeling a little sick (ok, a lot sick) but she’s hanging in there. Keep watching the blog for more progress reports!

My mother came out to visit us and spend some time bonding with her new daughter-in-law. We spent a beautiful afternoon out at the racetrack in Del Mar. No one had a big winner, but we had a good time.
